Champion Bowler -Horseshoes Pitcher

Walter Ray Williams Jr.was known as one of the best professional bowler in history, with at least 41 titles including seven major wins. He was award the PBA president award. He turned Pro in 1980 but he was only competing on a part time basis.He used his winnings to help pay his way through college.Williams, took on an important position in the PBA tours organization serving as president in1995 that year he was also inducted in to the PBA Hall of fame. His first sport love was pitching horseshoes. He became the youngest junior world champion in 1972. By 1995 Williams, won six world horseshoes pitching titles.
